Orléans did not escape this urbanisation, and in 1962, the city was extended by 718 acres with the purchase of the areas of La Source and Concyr. This is the beginning of a major project, that of Orleans II - La Source.Fifty years later, the city of Orleans celebrates this anniversary and invites residents and tourists to discover original documents from the city archives, unveiling the secrets of this project which transfigured Orleans. All this can be seen in the window displays on rue Fernand-Rabier for you to enjoy at your leisure!
